One of the top students in UA's hero circuit is Katsuki Bakugou. His overconfidence has gotten him into trouble in the past, but that isn't to say it's undeserved. He has an extremely versatile combat quirk in Explosion—he has the ability to sweat a nitroglycerin-like substance and detonate it at will. He might seem like a meathead at first glance, but he's highly intelligent and a masterful tactician. His classmates have to be at their best to go toe-to-toe with him. We'll see who can hold their ground and who's going down. Now, we don't want to disparage Ojiro. He's a cool guy. But he is mostly just a guy. His primary fighting style is martial arts and he's very accomplished at it, not to mention the very useful addition of a big, muscly extra limb. But Bakugou also thrives in close quarters combat and his punches are basically rocket-fueled. It'd be a little like pitting a very fit teenager against a pair of bazookas. Kirishima's Hardening quirk and Bakugou's explosion seem well-matched. Explosion is an all-out offensive combat ability and Hardening lets Kirishima take a lot of strong hits without suffering consequences. However, Kirishima's quirk contributes to his offense as well as his defense, as taking a hit from his rock-hard fists is nothing to sniff at. However, since then Kirishima has spent long hours being battered by Ojiro's tail to increase his stamina and durability, and he should be able to take Bakugou by now. First of all, he has a degree of long-range combat ability since he's spent time honing his quirk. And then his quirk's primary ability is to paralyze anyone who touches him. Since Bakugou's primary mode of combat is close-quarters punching, this should be an easy way to give Kaminari an advantage. But Kaminari's biggest downfall is that he's an idiot and Bakugou very much isn't.
High Schooltraining to become a Pro Hero. He is the deuteragonist of the series. Katsuki is a young man of average height, with a slim, muscular build and fair skin tone. He has short, spiky ash-blond hair with choppy bangs that hang over his eyebrows. His eyes are sharp and bright red in color. At school, he wears the standard U. Underneath his blazer, he wears a white collared shirt with the top few buttons undone. His pants are worn loosely, causing them to sag at his ankles, despite him wearing a belt in them. There are two dots along the left line of his collar, indicating the support company that designed his costume. His sleeves reach from within his large grenade-like gauntlets to his biceps. His belt, which also carries grenades, holds up his baggy pants with knee guards, below which he sports black, knee-high combat boots with orange soles and eyelets. His mask is jagged and black, and as it goes around his eyes, a large, orange-rimmed flare shape protrudes from each side. While interning under Best Jeanisthe wore a pair of blue denim jeans with his hero costume, rather than his usual baggy pants. His hair was also combed and parted to one side during this tenure. Katsuki is a crude, arrogant, short-tempered, and aggressive person, especially at the beginning of the series. Katsuki tends to come off as an anti-hero, if not downright villainous for those not familiar with him. This problematic behavior goes all the way back to his early childhood days, when he was known to bully a young, Quirkless Izuku Midoriya. However, after being accepted into U. High School and experiencing several personal defeats, one of them even coming from Izuku, Katsuki has gradually changed into a less antagonistic person, albeit still retaining a lot of his unpleasant traits. While often portrayed negatively, Katsuki's fierce character and competitive drive have actually granted him an important role among Class 1-A, as a sort of inspirational mood-maker. Determined and thirsty for victory, Katsuki smiles eerily when in the middle of a battle. He is incredibly focused on achieving his own authentic victories and has learned to never underestimate his opponents. Katsuki is not only very athletic and talented at fighting, but also very intelligent and extremely perceptive, capable of strategic planning and quick improvising. Moreover, Katsuki's grades are among the highest of his class and he already knew how to read perfectly by age 4, evidence that he treats studying seriously. While a rather volatile hero-in-training, Katsuki is smart enough to discern who his enemies and allies are. He is not particularly nice or open with people who are on his side, or anyone else for that matter, but will act less unfriendly and sometimes even kind to those that manage to earn his respect. Because of his attitude and vulgar language, Katsuki's U. Katsuki trying to intimidate Shoto with Explosion. Katsuki tends to disregard the notion that Quirks shouldn't be used in public, and will activate his Quirk for a number of reasons, such as to intimidate someone, to punctuate a point, out of frustration, or even if he just feels like showing off. Overall, Katsuki doesn't seem to care very much about what others think of him, barely containing himself from violent behavior although he avoids other typical delinquent practices like underage smoking. He is never afraid of speaking what's on his mind and will notice when people are not being truthful to him. This shows that, despite his anti-social habits, Katsuki actually has an excellent judge of character, making it hard to deceive him. Due to the constant praise of his abilities and powerful Quirk, Katsuki has developed a superiority complex and, because of that, he desires to be the first and best at everything. As pointed out by many people, Katsuki loves to win above all else and cannot stand it when he doesn't, leading him to lose his already short temper or, less often, sulk. He is fiercely competitive and will never settle for less than the number one spot. However, Katsuki also values hard work and fair play, to the point of refusing to acknowledge a winning result if he feels that his victory was not earned by actual merit. Relatedly, he detests being pitied or looked down by others, and will hold contempt towards those that don't take him seriously, while recognizing the effort of those that manage to put up a challenge against him, like, for example, Ochaco Uraraka and Eijiro Kirishima. Katsuki is immensely prideful and prefers to act alone, as he hates the idea of being protected or having to rely on other people to assist him unless, in the latter's case, he is recognized as the unquestionable leading figure within a team. At the beginning of the series, Katsuki's cooperativeness was nothing short of atrocious, often ignoring his partners' ideas and suggestions for his own very direct approaches. His teamwork skills gradually improve as the series progresses, even if Katsuki keeps coming off as condescending through his usual tone.

Bakugou Katsuki knows the moment he hears Kirishima screaming at him midair that Midoriya is behind this. He takes his friend's hand because otherwise he is just in the way. He knew it the moment he felt the ghost of All Might's grip on his forearm as he was transported to this new battlefield via black substance, and then after seeing the real leader of the villains. He was completely outclassed, but he wasn't being rescued; much less by Deku. But they know each other better by now, have fought against each other and together, so after they land they only have to share one look to start running away. Mere minutes afterwards they were watching the giant screen in downtown Yokohama, side by side, two boys watching their idol fight. All Might looks like the shadow of a starving man, but standing firm between the villain and the civilian, he is the hero. Everybody can see the distress in the hero's face as the villain taunts him, or appears to be, but the crowd gets anxious. What is it with that body? Was that really All Might? Bakugou gets distracted by the murmurs of the people around him and he's starting to get pissed but it takes him no less than three seconds to find Midoriya's forest green eyes staring back at his. Bakugou grits his teeth and turns back to the screen. Midoriya was thinking the same thing he was. Bakugou can't close his eyes, can't turn away, but Midoriya's presence next to him is over whelming as the green haired boy starts shaking and crying anxiously. Bakugou grits his teeth and tightens his fists as he watches the fight unfold. The other professional heroes clear the battlefield quickly, saving the fallen heroes and the civilians. It's finally just the two of them now. The sound erupting from around them is so powerful and massive he doesn't know when he began cheering either. Midoriya beside him is crying in relief, Kirishima is practically bouncing with joy, Iida seems like he had actually been there, and then, the world goes back to normal. The heroes in the streets start organizing the civilians into lines and groups to start evacuating, word gets out that the trains aren't working, the cheering dies down only a bit as it starts turning into the city's typical bustle. After All Might raises his fist in victory; he points at the camera and says, "You're next. Bakugou feels fire in his veins, he feels pumped up, so when he turns to see Midoriya he wants to see the fire in his eyes but the world turns upside down. Midoriya is not fired up. He'd seen him cry so many times before; heard his hurt whimpers beneath his fist, saw his stubborn crying in trembling knees, knew about the big innocent tears of disbelief that had stained his yellow kindergarten jumper. But as he stared at All Might's figure in the giant screen, Bakugou saw Midoriya cry with his heart tears of seemingly bottomless grief.

Bakugou walks out from recovery girls office after picking a fight with Deku. He groans at the fact that Deku was able to land two good punches on his face. Angry, hungry, and tired, the thought of getting home and having some spicy curry before laying in bed was all he could think about. After exiting UA gates to walk home he sees you a block down talking to a man who looks to be twice your size. Why does the man look familiar? The man suddenly grabs your wrist and holds you up by your arm. An evil laugh leaves his lips as he his grips tightens. You cry for help. Without hesitation, Bakugou uses his quirk to get to you in a second recognizing the man was a villian whose been known to kidnap girls. You drop to the ground and hold your wrist as the imprint of the villains hold stays visible. They both go at one another back and forth before Bakugou throws one last punch to the villains gut, reenforcing it with an explosion. The villain tumbles to the ground before running off. Bakugou, while panting hard and trying to catch his breath, keeps his eye on the villian until he is completely out of sight. Bakugou turns around and begins walking back to you. Host: Katsuki Bakugou. Co-Host: Eijirou Kirishima. Callers: Mina Ashido. I bet they wished they had their own radio show, huh. It was just a joke. Though honestly, our radio show is pretty main stream Our wheel spin question; What should you do when in a panicked state and you have to calm down? I know Bakugou is gonna have a hard time answering this one. Most of those panic-inducing moments are probably based off of the amount of confidence we have man, so just try to think positively about the situation! Nothing can beat you, nothing can strike you down, just think about how strength can be your only option in a state of weakness. There, is that better? That was actually That is definitely better in my eyes. Thinking of winning and continuing to persevere no matter what is really such a powerful mindset! Improving and growing is what really matters, man. Who cares about all that confidence garbage, just beat your panic up. Though, panic is a feeling that can be difficult to control, Bakugou. Which also means, different solutions! Im surprised that you guys got picked congrats! I got you guys a question. What a surprise to see a fellow classmate being the first caller of the day! Ahhh, yes. I know you love us under your dark soul of hate! It was only one of us making weed jokes on your last birthday! Then ima going to start planning. I might have to rethink my future plans then When it does, I think back to a memory of someone dear to me and see their smile. It's reassuring and helps me calm down. Afterwards, I know I have to get through this alive to see them again someday, and that fills me with determination. Envisioning the people that you care about and telling yourself that you need to see them again is definitely a way to overpower that ghastly feeling of panic! But in order for you to do better in those types of situations, you have to look out for your teammates too. Others and their outcome in a situation is just as important as yours. Also, thinking about loved ones and how it would affect them is another way to focus on the situation at hand. I guess. There was that time during the Kamino Incident where I was thinking about getting out of All Mights way for the best possible outcome. Host: Izuku Midoriya. Co-Host: Mei Hatsume. Ahh, well!! Does deku ever beat todoroki
Class 1-A was in shock as they looked at the person before them. It had been months since Izuku had disappeared and here he was, but everything was different now. Where the League of Villains failed to recruit Bakugou into their ranks, they succeeded with Izuku…by force it seemed. Aren't you all happy to see me? He was dressed similarly to Kurogiri, just with his sleeves rolled up. A weak little shit like you should be put in his place," barked Bakugou, not liking this Deku one bit. As much as he hates to admit it, he'd rather have the old Deku back. We don't wish to fight you," stated Iida with a frown of worry. Izuku let out another chuckle. I don't need any help. If anything, I'm thinking more clearly than I ever have been! And none of you can stop me! It was then that a certain frog girl stepped forward and made her way towards Izuku, causing him to raise an eyebrow in confusion. The rest of 1-A tried to call her back, but she kept going. She soon stood in front of the boy and placed her finger near her mouth and had her tongue slightly out. Both Bakugou and Todoroki have better chances than you and even they will fall to me. Not only do Bakugou and Todoroki not have better chances than me…". The former hero-in-training narrowed his eyes at the girl before him. With lightning fast reflexes, Tsuyu's tongue whipped out of her mouth. Izuku didn't have time to react as her tongue entered his mouth, wrapped around his own tongue, and pulled him forward to plant his lips upon hers. So stunned that Tsuyu was now kissing him, Izuku dropped his knife. He wasn't the only one who was stunned by the kiss as the rest of Class 1-A watched on with wide eyes. When she felt she got her message across, Tsuyu released the boy and looked at his wide-eyed expression as his face slowly became red. Wh-Wh-Why would you do something like that?! Tsuyu could only smile happily. Welcome back, by the way, gero.
Is deku stronger than todoroki
My Hero Academia follows the journey of Izuku Midoriya as he aims to become the greatest pro-hero of all time, just like his idol All Might. Starting his quest without any quirks, Midoriya received the One For All quirk and became its 9th user, after All Might himself. After putting his body through hellish training under All Might's guidance, Midoriya has gotten stronger, and his dream of becoming the greatest hero is no longer just a dream. Although to achieve this dream, Midoriya has to get stronger than his rivals and foes alike, until he stands on top of them all. In this list, we'll name five characters that Midoriya has already surpassed on his journey and five more that he's yet to surpass. One of the most energetic students from class 1-B, Setsuna Tokage made her debut in the Sports Festival arc of the series. Even though she made an early appearance, her real power wasn't revealed until the training exam arc, where she led her team against Bakugo's team. Even though Tokage studies her opponents thoroughly to find their weaknesses, Midoriya is shrewd enough to know how to deal with her, and if Bakugo could knock her out, so can he. While Midoriya's progress has been stellar, Tomura has exceeded him by leaps and bounds. Through re-awakening his quirk, Decay, Shigaraki has become strong enough to lay cities to dust. He was able to defeat Redestro, and even brought someone as strong as Gigantomachia to heel. Midoriya cannot even compare to him right now and would need a miracle to beat Shigaraki in a fight. Taking the mantle of Ingenium from his brother, Iida is the representative of class 1-A. His quirk, known as engine, allows him to move at blazing speed and kick his enemies with tremendous force. Strong as he is, he has no chance of beating Midoriya in combat. Midoriya's One For All grants him speed that is more impressive than Iida's. Everything about Midoriya, from strength, to speed, to reflexes, to mental ability, is superior to Iida's, and even though we're sure he'll put up a decent fight, Midoriya will end up making quick work of him. The son of the current No. According to Endeavor, he has the potential to surpass All Might, which speaks volumes about his power. His quirk, known as Half-Cold Half-Hot, allows him to use both ice and fire powers. Todorki has already fought Midoriya once and emerged victorious. Since then, he's excelled at controlling his skills, and his flames have reached the same level as Endeavor's. Beating Todoroki is going to be an arduous task for Midoriya unless he improves further. Just like Midoriya, he aims to become the No. Both Bakugo and Midoriya progress equally, and a fight between them would be, more or less, even. However, with Midoriya's awakening of Black Whips, it appears as if he's pulled ahead slightly. Bakugo can still give Midoriya a run for his money, but with two quirks at his disposal and a chance of awakening six more, Midoriya's chances of beating him are reasonably high. His strength is paramount, and even among the pro-heroes, he's considered to be the man closest to the All Might. Mirio's quirk of Permeation allows him to slip through things at will. After rigorously training it for years, Mirio has reached a level that Midoriya isn't even close to right now. Even without his quirk, he put a great fight against Overhaul. Regardless, it is safe to assume that if Midoriya fights Mirio, he has no hope of defeating him. At least not in the foreseeable future. Hitoshi Shinso is a student of class 1-C at U.
